About

Alexandra Velella was born and raised in the Capital Region. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Manhattan College and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. She was admitted to practice law in New York in 2019.

Prior to joining Kirk & Kistner, LLP, Alexandra practiced with claimant-side workers’ compensation firms in both New York City and the Capital Region. She is committed to providing effective and responsive representation to injured workers and helping them navigate the workers’ compensation system while pursuing the benefits and medical treatment to which they are entitled.

Outside of her legal practice, Alexandra has a longstanding involvement in New York State and local politics and remains actively engaged in public affairs and issues affecting the Capital Region and communities throughout the state.
